it's actually pretty simple to do that! here's an image for you to test it out, but you can make your own on many art programs! alternatively, here are some models that you can add text and stuff to! download the image and upload it on your server. Make a div and make the box the background image, then adjust the width/height to ur liking. Put the position as relative, no border. EX:
